To give our clients the best service possible and at the same time enable our specialist to be focused on their work we are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our commercial team in the Prague office.

 

Here’s what you will do?

–   You will have your own portfolio of CZ and SK clients and your mission will be to help them succeed in cross channel online marketing.

–   You will develop long-term relationships with clients and find new sales-marketing opportunities with a focus on upselling.

–   You should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. 

–   You will deliver a positive customer experience in close cooperation with PPC and Content specialists

–   You will constantly look for the best solution both for the client and the company.

 

What do we need you to know?

–   Good knowledge of complex online marketing, cross-platforms and current trends.

Previous experience as an account manager or marketing specialist with knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media and Google Analytics.

Proven skills in negotiation and selling. 

Having an analytical and business mindset, as well as strategic planning.

You are a proactive, communicative and diligent person.

–   Fluent English and Czech/Slovak is a must.
