I’ve been working in BF Warsaw since September 2019. It’s not long, but it feels to me like a few years. Why? A lot of work? Yes. Some hard moments? Of course. But these are happening everywhere and to everyone. What differs BF from many other companies is the spirit made by people who work here, in Warsaw, Brno, everywhere. We just really like each other and working together comes easier. I learned a lot from people I work with and it is the highest value, which brings many profits. It may sound trivial, but it’s true. And that’s what makes the time running so fast.
I would consider myself lucky to be part of Business Factory. It isn’t easy to find your self working in an environment full of extremely talented and friendly folks.
At Business Factory, I found an inspiring environment where my colleagues are also my friends. I don’t see my work there as work, but as a challenge that can enrich me.
