We have been successfully managing performance campaigns for individual brands belonging to Groupe SEB (Tefal, Rowenta and Krups) in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary for almost 3 years. Tefal’s management has recently decided to entrust Business Factory with management of its social networks. The advantage of this change is a unification of communication style and a smoother execution of all online activities.
What was the main reason for a change in the agency? Romain Duron, Marketing Director CE, said: "The main goal of the agency's change was to unite a team that cares about content, content campaigns, and performance campaigns. We wanted our agency to be as consumer & data-driven as possible. The new collaboration should also support and properly target our new ‘Dinner together’ campaign, which aims to teach Czechs to dine together over healthy and quickly prepared meals."
The new content strategy promotes the key benefits of products in a fun and fresh format, and generally supports interest in the Tefal brand (through competitions, for example). As a result, our agency managed to get 900 new followers of their FB page in just three months. We have yielded similar results on their Instagram profile.
